The location of this serviced apartment is simply fantastic! It is very close to both the Victoria Markets and Melbourne Central, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The apartment is also situated right next to a tram and train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The spacious rooms and amazing views from the apartment were definitely a highlight.
One downside I experienced during my stay was the unreliable water temperature in the bathroom. The water was always boiling hot, which made it difficult to have a relaxing and proper shower.

The staff at check-in and check-out were helpful and friendly. The location of the apartments was perfect for exploring the city. The rates were affordable and they were able to accommodate our request for four single beds.

Close to everything we wanted to go to. Close to supermarket, making it convenient for grocery shopping. Close to Victoria markets, great for exploring local produce. Cleanliness of the rooms was excellent

We had a great stay at Milano Serviced Apartments. The location was perfect with an Aldi right next door, and the gym had good equipment and a jacuzzi. The room itself was excellent, with a great color scheme and a comfortable bed. we would recommend this hotel.

The facilities are amazing - tennis courts, pool, sauna, gym and even a cinema! The rooms have a kitchen and washer dryer, making it feel like home. The housekeepers are sweet and attentive. The room was spacious with a great pool and gym, and the balcony view was nice. Great location near the station and shops, with a supermarket next door.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! Everything was just perfect. The location was amazing as it was on the edge of the city and close to most attractions. There were a lot of food choices in the modern area where the hotel was located. The trams were easily accessible with a supermarket just next door. The room had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and a kitchenette. Moreover, the staff at the reception was quite helpful, and they accommodated my request to be on a higher floor. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna were the best ways to unwind after a long day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, no doubt about it.

The staff were friendly and always available. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the fine views from our room on the 13th floor.
The room was in desperate need of some maintenance. The walls, table legs, and doorways were scuffed and worn.
